Love birds for valentines

Well seeing as it's Valentines Day today I thought I would share a couple of creations that seem appropiate for the occasion.

The stamps used on both of these cards I bought from Circa Design. They are photo polymer stamps and give a perfect image every time. I stamped both images onto Fabriano HP water colour card and used my Whisper brush pens for the colouring. I did add a touch of diamond stickles to the flowers on each but as usual it doesn't show on the photos.

I think I am going to have to create myself a new header now that we are well into 2013 don't you?

Well as always thank you for visiting me today, I really do appreciate it.

Hugs

Brrrrrrrr it's cold!

Hello there dear bloggers.
Hope everyone here in the UK is managing to keep safe and warm.
We had a good covering of snow yesterday so I've been hold up indoors today crafting.

This is a stamp I've had in my stash for quite a while it's from Circa Design. It is such a useful stamp suitable for many occasions. I stamped it onto Fabriano water colour paper and coloured it with Distress inks ( Mustard seed, Spiced Marmalade, Forest Moss and Vintage photo). I used Spellbinder dies, labels 20 and Twisted metal tags and accents. The paper is Bo Bunny Welcome Home collection.

Now I am expecting the delivery of my new craft room storage on Monday (weather permitting) so I have been sorting my craft stuff and discovered a lot of papers and toppers that  had been lying around for quite a while. I decided I would try and use it all rather than stash it away again. It will take me a while to get through it but I'm gonna try as I just can't throw it out. So here is a little card I made using some bits and pieces in a little card kit.

All the bits except the green backing card and greeting came in the pack along with some other bits and pieces that I've yet to use. To be honest I didn't buy this set, if my memory serves me correct it was amongst some blog candy I received. I don't usually do ready made toppers but am pleased with this easy peasy card.

Well it has been a challenge getting these photos up on here today but I persevered and hope it was worth the effort.
Thank you for visiting me again today.
Hugs
