Lovely sunny weekend

What a lovely couple of days we've had here in the West Midlands of the UK. Wall to wall sunshine which really gives you a lift after all the dull and dismal weather we've had lately.

It was my son and his fiancees birthday on Friday and a year since Jonathan proposed to Liz. So the celebrations are double the fun. Here are the cards I made for them.

The first one is a Pink Petticoat download and is very appropriate as Jonathan is about 6'3"

The image on this card is a Crafty Individuals with a little bit of colour added with copics.

Enjoy the rest of the weekend and thank you for stopping by.

A birthday bear

Hi there dear bloggers, hope you are enjoying the weekend. It's been a bit wet and blustery here in the West Midlands of the UK
The card I'm sharing with you today is one I made for my cousins birthday last week and I hope she liked it.

I have used a Lily of the Valley image and coloured it with Copics and stickles
The lovely glittery papers are from Paper Creations Isabelle pad
The brad is Bo Bunny (I just love Bo Bunny stuff)
The metal corner from Wild Orchid Crafts.
MS punched butterfly.

Well today I went with my future daughter in law and her mum to order the wedding flowers. Wow they are going to be stunning.  The table decorations are amazing. Tomorrow we are going to sort out the Wedding cake which of course includes some tasting so we can't wait. I've got a few more invites to make as the guest list keeps growing and then there's the Order of service. So we are well on track with everything and getting so excited.

Enjoy the rest of the weekend and thank you so much for stopping by.

Medallions and more

Hi there dear bloggers.  More medallions to share with you today.

The first one is a card
I have made for a friends recent engagement

I am entering it into the Try it on Tuesday challenge which this week has LOVE as the theme and is sponsored by One Stop Card Crafts.

Here are a couple more that I made this week.

The first one was coloured using Crystal Laquers

This one has been glittered.

Before I go I will share a Get Well card that I made for my dear friend Joan who was admitted to hospital on Friday with chest pains. I'm so very glad to say that she is back home now having had a stent fitted. She says she is fighting fit and looking forward to our evening out on Friday all being well. Great news!!

The paper is Bo Bunny and the image Lily of the Valley coloured with copics.
Well that's about it from me today. Hope you all have a very good week.
