Girl on a Swing

Today I am sharing a card I made using the fabulous Girl on a Swing stamp set by the lovely Jayne
As I was designing this card inpiration struck and she actually does swing as you can see from the photos. It is a stepper card and I used papers from my stash  and DI to cover it.
I coloured the images with polychromos pencils and blending solution.

Thank you for visiting today and apologies for not being around much lately.

Boy and a bunny

Hi everyone, hope your weekend has started well.
I went out with my lovely friends for a meal last night. The food at Masons in Bloxwich was delicious and we had a really good laugh which did us all the power of good.
Today started well, lovely and sunny so John and myself had a run out to a nice garden centre (unfortunately no crafty stuff at this one) and had a nice cupa and teacake. Sadly it is now raining but we are back home, with John listening to the Wolves match on the radio  while I'm on here and catching up with Corrie on telly. Well us ladies can multitask can't we?

Well now I have a little card to share with you. Once again I have used one of the new stamp sets by the lovely Jayne.

I used water colour pencils and blending solution to colour the images for a change and I think the papers are by Marianne. He's such a cute chap isn't he?

Well I'd better go and get crafting as I've a couple of commisions to get done plus some cards I need to get done for myself.
Enjoy the rest of the weekend and thanks for stopping by today.

Apple of my Eye

I have a couple of cards to share with you today both of which are using some of the new stamps by the lovely Jayne Nestorenko.

There are 6 stamp sets in the Apple of my Eye collection, three featuring girls and three featuring boys and they are all equally adorable.  I do think I favour this lovely young lady on the swing though as it's such a lovely delicate image.

Well thank you for looking and enjoy the rest of the week

Best friends forever

Justine and I had a lovely day at the cupcake workshop. We learned how to make the perfect cupcake sponge and then were shown various ways of decorating using buttercream.  So here are the cakes I brought home with me, not too bad for the first attempt.

Now for the cards I made using the free set by Jayne Nestorenko which are being given with Cardmaking & Papercraft Magazine.

Jayne will be on Create and Craft tomorrow at 11am with her fabulous new collection "Apple of my Eye".

Love
