Good afternoon.
I had a lovely day yesterday at Jayne's workshop. We did some great projects, tried out some new techniques and had loads of fun into the bargain, not to mention all the chat and scoffing!
So without further ado here are the cards we made.
The first card is one that is a featured project on Jayne's new website and as you can see we used one of the Keepsake boards for this. Jayne did several samples of this card in various colours so we were able to choose our favourite colourway. Very predictably I went with purple, well a sort of aubergine colour actually. I coloured the images with copics and am very pleased with the result. Hope you like it.
This next one is the Rialto Bridge, again coloured with copics. The paper behind the tags we created with Distress inks on centura snow white pearl card sprayed with water and dabbed with paper towel to achieve an effect we liked.
Jayne's lovely and very talented friend Helene showed us a lovely technique using distress inks and I'm sure Helene wont mind if I show you one of her beautiful creations.
Lovely isn't it?
Well that's it from me for now, I'm off to watch a bit more tennis.
Thank you for visiting
Hugs
Pat xx
