Oh it's Wednesday!!

Hope you enjoyed the Christmas festivities and that Santa brought you some lovely crafting goodies amongst other things.  My crafting gifts included a gorgeous book on vellum and parchment craft from my lovely friend Delena  and a big box of goodies including rubber stamps, card and papers from my dear friend Jayne. I shall be putting them to good use very soon.

Well now I'd better get on with showing you my creation for the Try it on Tuesday challenge even though it is now Wednesday. Apologies for being late but you know how it is!
Its Alter it week and the theme is to recycle your Christmas wrapping.
As usual the challenge is sponsored by our good friends at the Craft Barn so for more info just pop on over to the challenge blog.

Sorry the photos not great. I took a glass bauble and put some rolled used wrapping paper inside, added some glitter berries and holly leaves and finished off with ribbon from a present. All ready for the tree next year. Who said I couldn't be organised!

We are off out for a family meal today, as if we hadn't eaten enough, which will be nice. So better go and get my glad rags ready.
Enjoy your day,
Pat xxx

Apologies for not getting around to everyone but been feeling a bit under the weather. Don't worry though I'll do my utmost to enjoy the festivities.
I'll be back visiting soon.

Anything Goes

Are you ready for the Christmas festivities? I've just got a bit of food shopping to do but apart from that I'm good to go as they say.
This week the Try it on Tuesday challenge is Anything Goes.  I've chosen to go with a card and it's not a Christmas one. My good friend Ann's daughter had a gorgeous baby boy last week so I had cards to make for the proud parents and grandparents and decided that I would use them for my challenge project.

This first one I made for the proud parents.

The gorgeous little stamp is by Lily of the Valley coloured with copics.

This is the one I did for the grandparents

Isn't it such a cute image, I love it.

Hope you'll pay a visit to the challenge blog to see what the rest of the team have come up with because as always they've done a great job.

Enjoy your day.
Hugs
Pat xx
